Attribuer des organisations, des accréditations et des adhésions
At Career Seekers Direct, quality and credibility are at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to hold the Matrix Standard, recognising the excellence of our career education, information, advice, and guidance services. As a licensed organisation, we are also approved to assess and accredit schools, colleges, and work-based learning providers against the national Quality in Careers Standard.

In addition, we work in partnership with recognised awarding organisations to deliver accredited training and vocational programmes, ensuring our learners gain qualifications that are both respected and valued by employers. These accreditations not only reflect our commitment to high standards but also give our clients and learners the confidence that the support they receive is robust, relevant, and impactful.

As a licensed awarding body, we are proud to be authorised by the Quality in Careers Consortium to assess and accredit schools, colleges, and work-based learning providers, helping them achieve the nationally recognised Quality in Careers Standard.

Several members of our team are qualified instructors in Youth Mental Health First Aid, enabling us to train Youth Mental Health First Aiders and deliver accredited Youth Mental Health First Aid courses.

We are proud to hold the Matrix Standard, the national benchmark for excellence in information, advice, and guidance services. To maintain this standard, we continuously review and evaluate our provision to ensure both quality and impact remain high. Working in collaboration with our clients, we also develop new services that respond to their needs and create meaningful outcomes.

Our team includes Accredited Belbin Facilitators, trained to use the internationally recognised Belbin Team Roles framework. We deliver sessions across businesses, schools, and colleges that not only boost individual self-confidence and wellbeing, but also enhance team communication, collaboration, and performance.

All of our Careers Advisers are qualified to a minimum of Level 6 and are Registered Members of the Career Development Institute (CDI). As part of their professional membership, they complete at least 25 hours of continuing professional development (CPD) each year, ensuring their knowledge and practice remain current and of the highest standard.

Several members of our team hold a range of recognised coaching qualifications and are active members of professional coaching organisations. This ensures our coaching practice is underpinned by high standards, ethical frameworks, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
