Our primary school services and resources introduce younger learners to the world of work through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. We help children recognise their strengths, explore different skills, and understand the wide range of opportunities open to them as they grow.
By supporting schools to meet careers-related learning standards, we contribute to building a solid foundation for lifelong learning and future career development. Our whole school partnership working ensures that careers education is both enjoyable and meaningful at this early stage.

Primary Careers Award
Our Primary Careers Award is Nationally Endorsed by the Quality in Careers Consortium and recognises high-quality Careers provision in Primary Schools.
Primary Alternative Learning Provision
Our alternative learning provision, offers primary pupils a supportive, engaging environment to build confidence and develop essential life skills. We work closely with schools to provide tailored programmes that re-engage learners, nurture strengths, and keep children positively connected to education. This service is currently offered to primary schools in the West Midlands.
Career Workshops for Primary Schools
Through interactive workshops and playful activities, we inspire primary pupils to explore the world of work. By helping children recognise their strengths and imagine their future possibilities, we support schools to raise aspirations and spark curiosity from an early age. We currently offer these in the West Midlands Primary Schools.
Complete Primary Careers Pathway
Created to support Primary Schools to deliver Careers Education and Enterprise in a fun and accessible way. Our programme is appropriate for different Key Stages and is designed to bring careers learning to life.
Primary Careers Resources
Our career resources are aimed at different Key Stages and bring careers learning to life in an age appropriate way. We have a range of engaging Sector and Career Posters and activities which can be purchased and downloaded from our shop. They can used to introduce children to different skills, jobs, and pathways in a fun and accessible way.
Staff Development
and Consultancy
We work alongside Primary school staff to strengthen careers provision and embed it across the school. From training and workshops to strategic consultancy, we equip educators with the tools and knowledge to deliver impactful, sustainable careers education.
From Aspirations to Opportunities
Our specially designed services and resources for primary schools give pupils the chance to explore different jobs and industries in a fun and inspiring way. Developed to spark curiosity and raise aspirations, these activities encourage meaningful conversations about the future both in the classroom and at home.
By making careers education relevant and enjoyable at this early stage, we help pupils build self-awareness, recognise their strengths, and begin developing the soft skills they will carry into secondary school and beyond.
