Individual Careers Guidance: Supporting Every Student’s Journey

At Career Seekers Direct, we believe that every student deserves access to high-quality, personalised careers guidance. Our one-to-one sessions are impartial, tailored to individual needs, and designed to inspire students to explore their future options with clarity and confidence.

Through our guidance, students are supported to:

Identify their strengths, interests, and aspirations
Explore a full range of education, training, and employment opportunities, including apprenticeships and T Levels
Understand the skills and attributes needed to succeed in the modern workplace
Gain a realistic insight into the labour market and sector-specific opportunities
Make informed choices at key transition points in their education journey

We work with students from Year 8 upwards in schools, colleges, and academy trusts across the West Midlands—including SEND schools—and have also delivered guidance in hospital settings. For students who need additional or different support, we collaborate closely with SENCOs and Designated Teachers for Children Looked After to ensure inclusive and accessible provision.
