Career & Enterprise Sessions

Broadening Horizons, Building Futures

We deliver a dynamic range of high-impact careers and enterprise workshops for students in Years 7–13. Each session is designed to broaden horizons, build transferable skills, and connect young people with the world of work. Led by qualified facilitators, our workshops support schools and colleges in delivering meaningful, high-quality careers education that is fully aligned with the 2025 Statutory Careers Guidance and the Gatsby Benchmarks.

What We Offer

A blend of pre-designed workshops and bespoke programmes, tailored to your timetable, learner needs, and budget. Every session is grounded in real-world relevance and helps schools meet their statutory careers responsibilities under the Department for Education’s 2025 guidance, including:

  • Providing structured careers education from Year 7 onwards

  • Embedding labour market information into learning (Gatsby Benchmark 2)

  • Offering meaningful encounters with employers (Gatsby Benchmark 5)

  • Supporting individual progression pathways (Gatsby Benchmark 3)

  • Linking curriculum learning directly to careers (Gatsby Benchmark 4)

Our Signature Programmes

Alongside our tailored workshops, we offer a series of signature programmes designed to give students powerful, real-world career learning experiences. Each programme focuses on developing key skills, exploring opportunities, and connecting education to the workplace — all fully aligned with the Gatsby Benchmarks and the 2025 Statutory Careers Guidance.

Our workshops can be delivered as half-day or full-day sessions, and we can also create a bespoke programme tailored to your setting. For schools and providers looking for ready-to-use resources, a selection of our workshop materials (including lesson plans and slides) is available to purchase through our Career Shop.

If you would like to discuss any of our sessions or explore how we can design a programme for your learners, please get in touch with us on 0345 5480080 or email supportingyou@careerseekersdirect.co.uk.
